How is it made?

Seamless outer single- layer in Carbon Fiber

Internal layer in Carbon Fiber and Kevlar.

The carbon fiber and Kevlar layer reinforce the perimeter to withstand compression in case of impact.

Internal polystyrene with medium-low density to absorb impact energy.

In the rear area, at the nape of the neck (one of the most delicate parts of the head), the expanded polyurethane visor provides stability to the helmet and absorbs the impact effectively, even before the polystyrene, in the event of a fall.

Safety latch and padded chin strap.

Soft polyurethane visor.

The fabric in contact with the skin is made of antibacterial and hypoallergenic carbon fiber thread, breathable and unidirectional, allowing perspiration to evaporate.

The three-dimensional fabric covering the polystyrene allows perspiration to evaporate, it is easily washable and quick to dry thanks to its synthetic composition. The padding in contact with the head is made of three different types of material.

All our helmets are equipped with a ventilation system featuring direct vents and a series of channels that circulate air even at low speeds.
